Situated in both Madison and Onondaga Counties, Clear Path’s facility is centrally located within the Syracuse VA Medical Center Catchment area. Located just 13 miles SE of Syracuse, we are able to serve both urban and rural veterans. Fort Drum, the 174th Attack Wing, National Guard and Army Reserve are all located within 90 miles of our facility.

From Syracuse (West):

• Take I-690 East to I-481 South
• Travel 1.8 miles, then take Exit 3E (NY-5 E/NY-92 E/E Genesee St) toward Fayetteville
• Travel 3.1 miles, then take a slight right onto Salt Springs Road in the Village of Fayetteville
• Travel 1.8 miles, then turn left to stay on Salt Springs Road
• Travel 3.3 miles, Clear Path for Veterans at Eagle Ridge will be on the left at 1223 Salt Springs Road

From Chittenango (East):

• Head South on Genesee Street towards Falls Blvd
• Travel 0.7 miles then turn left onto Salt Springs Road
• Travel 1.7 miles, Clear Path for Veterans at Eagle Ridge will be on the right at 1223 Salt Springs Road

From Fort Drum (North)

• Take I-81 South approximately 60 miles to Exit 29S, I-481 South toward Dewitt
• Travel 10.4 miles, then take Exit 3E (NY-5 E/NY-92 E/E Genesee St) toward Fayetteville
• Travel 3.1 miles, then take a slight right onto Salt Springs Road in the Village of Fayetteville
• Travel 1.8 miles, then turn left to stay on Salt Springs Road
• Travel 3.3 miles, Clear Path for Veterans at Eagle Ridge will be on the left at 1223 Salt Springs Road
