Mission Statement
Clear Path empowers military members, veterans, and their families through traditional and non-traditional, wellness-enhancing programming delivered in a safe and family-centered environment, while integrating community-based programs and services into a holistic network of supportive resources spanning central and upstate New York.
Primary Goal
Our primary goal is to create a balanced and concise list of services available to our veterans and their families. Our collaboration with like-minded organizations provides an accurate and varied list of recreation, civic/government, education, VA and other support programs available to veterans and their families. This group meets monthly with a common goal of supporting soldiers in their adjustment and reintegration after service.
Participating Groups
Clear Path is currently developing a Wingman Program that will help soldiers navigate the often times complicated process of "coming home." Wingmen and women will rely on the accuracy and efficiency of the groups who participate in our monthly meetings.
Veteran’s Voice
A monthly educational television news segment on Veteran Issues airs the first Friday of every month on the 12 noon news segment at Channel 9 News. Each segment will educate our local veterans and the community about organizations, benefits and stories of interest pertaining to veterans their families/communities.
Recent and archived segments are available at http://www.9wsyr.com/content/special/veteransvoice/default.aspx
